Approve the award, contract and Budget Amendment for BID 19-905 Rebid NW 32nd Ave Resurfacing Project 9187901, to Watson Construction Company LLC., in the amount of $1,889,147.93, plus a contingency amount of $94,457.39, for a total fiscal impact of $1,983,605.32 as the lowest, most responsible and responsive bidder meeting specifications.

January 23, 2018 - Board approved funding for the design of NW 32nd Ave.
October 1, 2018 - Board added NW 32nd Ave to the CIP list and approved budget.
Fiscal Consideration: Approval of the budget amendment will move $1,218,157 from (4) other Transportation Projects to NW 32nd Ave Project. Two of the projects are complete: Project # 9197906 - Conventional for Tower Rd from SW 8th Ave to W Newberry Rd and Project # 9197905 - Conventional for W Univ Av from SW 75th St to the East End. The third project is substantially complete: Project #63-65 - NW 43rd St. The fourth project is 73% complete as of 4/25/20: Project #63-20 - SW 8th Ave/SW 61st St Extension. The project will be funded from accounts 341.79.7910.541.63.99 and 350.79.7916.541.63.99.
