Description:

Request approval of the plat for Lugano TND Phase 3 - 72 lot single-lot residential Phase 3 within an approved TND.

Approve the proposed plat for Lugano TND Phase 3 based on the recommendation by the Development Review Committee and a finding of consistency with Florida Statutes, the Alachua County Comprehensive Plan, and the Alachua County Unified Land Development Code.

Background:
