Description:
The Environmental Protection Department had to make a payroll payout for the Director’s retirement. The Department cannot handle that amount within its budget. The attached journal will provide some relief to the department for this expense.

Approve the Budget Amendment to reallocate appropriations from Special Expense to EPD to cover the shortfall created with the Director’s retirement payout.
