Background:

On March 3, 2020, Johnathan A. Ferguson and Doris G. Ferguson filed a development review application for a homestead exception located at 6839 SW 194th Street.

The project is expected to be approved by the Development Review Committee on June 18, 2020.

At the time of the approval of the homestead exception the County determined that it is in the public interest for the property owners to convey 50 feet of Right-of-Way along SW 194th Street by warranty deed.

The property owners have executed the warranty deed.
