Background:
The Wild Spaces Public Places (WSPP) Citizens Oversight Board reviews the WSPP expenditures of all nine cities and the County. At the May 18, 2020 Wild Space Public Places (WSPP) Citizens Oversight Board meeting, the Oversight Board voted 3:2 to request you consider demanding repayment for a sidewalk/multi-use path of the City of Gainesville’s SW 40th Project.
Attached is a letter from the WSPP Citizens Oversight Board Chair, two memos from our outside counsel, documents provided by the City of Gainesville relating to this project, as well as our DRAFT May 18 minutes reflecting the vote of the Oversight Board to provide additional background on this request.
