Approve the proposed plat for Heathrow Rural/Ag with Unpaved Road Subdivision based on the recommendation by the Development Review Committee and a finding of consistency with Florida Statutes, the Alachua County Comprehensive Plan, and the Alachua County Unified Land Development Code.

Prior Board Motions:
The BoCC approved a plat for 9-lot subdivision with paved internal road for this site in March 2018. Those plans expired and were never constructed. The applicant has changed the plan to be a five lot subdivision with unpaved internal road.
