Background:
Pace Design & Construction, Inc. filed an application for Final Development Plan approval for Park’s Edge Subdivision located at 13429 NW 32nd Place.
At the time of Development Plan approval the County determined that it is in the public interest for the Property Owner to provide a public access easement for the site in order for the County to provide services to the neighborhood. The Property Owner has agreed to provide the easement.
