June 9, 2020 - Refer this matter to County/City staff to communicate and report back to the Board on one and two so the Board can determine whether to request repayment and thank the Oversight Board for their work:
1. What the difference in cost is between the default sidewalk and what was actually spent.
2. Determine what the City of Gainesville plans would have been in the absence of Wild Spaces Public Places funding.
3. Staff to bring back a process for screening or preapproval by the Oversight Board to avoid these situations moving forward.

Background:
At the June 9 Commission meeting, the Board requested a process for pre-screening by the Oversight Board on upcoming Wild Spaces Public Places expenditures. The attached resolution was presented to the Oversight Board at their July 20 meeting for review. The voted 4:1 to recommend the Resolution.
