Background:
The School Board of Alachua County applied for Final Development Plan Approval for Oakmont Elementary School in the 4000 Block of SW 122nd Street.
The Final Plan was approved by the Development Review Committee on November 21, 2019 with the condition that the School Board provide a Public Access Easement to Alachua County.
