Background:

The County previously entered into an agreement with ACORN Clinic for its Medical Program on October 9, 2018 and an agreement with ACORN Clinic for its Dental Program on October 24, 2018. Both agreements were in effect through October 30, 2021. ACORN Clinic ended it Medical Program and ceased billing for services with $70,527.90 remaining in its award for FY20. ACORN Clinic requested the balance for FY20 only be transferred to its Dental Program. The Alachua County Board of County Commissioners approved this request at its June 23, 2020 Meeting.
