Description:

In accordance with Florida Statute 129.06(5), authorization is being requested to pay quarterly insurance bills.

Recommended Action

Authorize the payment of the insurance bills; thereby expending more than 1/12th of the itemized approved appropriations in one month.

In compliance with 129.06(5)F.S., the Sheriff is requesting to expend more than 1/12th of an itemized approved appropriation.  The payments are due quarterly and require payment by the end of October.
