Background:
This application proposes a Replat for Lot 2, a 1 acre lot, in the Royal Oaks Subdivision. The proposed Replat is to modify the front building setback from 50 feet to 40 feet to correct the building encroachment and allow for an addition. No other changes to the setbacks or other lot characteristics are proposed.
The Board of County Commissioners must determine that the Plats are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, Unified Land Development Code, and the Final Development Plan. The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve the reviewed Replat per Section 401.02(e)10.
