Background:
The Environmental Protection Department recently completed the installation of two nitrogen reducing septic systems to replace the conventional systems at the Poe Springs lodge and concession. These systems are In-ground Nitrogen Reducing Biofilters (INRB). Florida Administrative Code requires that when this type of system is installed, a notice be recorded with the propert record for the parcel.
