Background:
This application proposes Final Plats for a 96-lot subdivision on approximately 381.57 acres with associated infrastructure improvements. This property is located in the Rural/Ag area. The BoCC approved the Preliminary Development Plan on June 23, 2020. The Development Review Committee approved the Final Development Plan on October 15, 2020.
The Board of County Commissioners must determine that the Plats are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, Unified Land Development Code, and the Final Development Plan. The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve the Plats per Section 401.02(e)10.
