Approve the solicitation award and contracts for BID 21-64 Annual Roadway Milling Services to (1) Hicks Seal Coating and Striping LLC dba Hicks Asphalt Paving and Concrete and (2) Superior Roadway Services LLC, in an amount not to exceed (NTE) $1,000,000.00 each annually, as the lowest responsible and responsive bidders meeting specifications, and authorize the Chair to execute same on behalf of the County

Contracts are being instituted for an as-needed basis and budget will be established for the specific project at that time.

Background:
These agreements will be used for roadway resurfacing projects on an as-needed basis. The County does not have the equipment or trained personnel to perform roadway milling in-house. The term of the agreement is through September 30, 2021 with the option of renewing for two additional one year periods.
