Description:
Temporary construction easement at State Road 45 and SW 15th Avenue necessary for the Florida Department of Transportation to construct a turn lane project including minor pavement widening and pavement restriping and tying in and reconnecting existing slope, pavement, drainage, utility, driveway, walkway, turnout and other features on the property.
Recommended Action:
Request that the Board adopt the resolution authorizing the granting of the temporary construction easement and execute the easement.

Background:
The Florida Department of Transportation filed an application for a temporary construction easement over a portion of SW 15th Avenue at the intersection with State Road 45.
The purpose of the temporary construction easement is allow FDOT to make improvements to State Road 45 as part of a turn lane project.
