Staff recommends approval the proposed plat for Tara St. Augustine Subdivision based on the recommendation by the Development Review Committee and a finding of consistency with Florida Statutes, the Alachua County Comprehensive Plan, and the Alachua County Unified Land Development Code.

Background:
This Plat is for 73 single-family attached lots on approximately 9.15 acres with associated infrastructure improvements. This property is located within the Urban Cluster. The Board of County Commissioners approved the Preliminary Development plan on November 20, 2019, and a Revised Preliminary Development Plan on August 11, 2020.
The DRC approved the Final Development Plan on January 7, 2021.
The Board of County Commissioners must determine that the Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, Unified Land Development Code, and the Final Development Plan. The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve the reviewed Plat per Section 401.02(e)10.
