Background:
Previously, small roofing projects (other than minor repairs) had to be bid out for each project to ensure fair procurement practices. By requesting bids for all roofing types at a per square foot price, all small roofing projects can be accurately estimated and have already been competitively bid.
BID 21-234 Annual Roof Replace for Projects under $100,000.00 was posted October 21, 2020 and October 28, 2020.
