Award BID 21-972 Alachua County Civil Courthouse 4th Floor Renovations, and approve the issuance of Purchase Order 21-1320, to Blackwater Construction Services, LLC, in the amount of $71,579.00, for 4th floor renovations at the Civil Courthouse, for the Facilities Management Department, as the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder.

The 8th Judicial Courts requested to add a lawyer/client meeting space on the 4th Floor of the Civil Courthouse

 

BID 21-972 Alachua County Civil Courthouse 4th Floor Renovations was posted October 21, 2020 and October 28, 2020.  The deadline for receipt of BID 21-972 Alachua County Civil Courthouse 4th Floor Renovations was December 2, 2020; five (5) vendors responded.  Blackwater Construction Services, LLC, was the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder meeting specifications.
