Background:
This application proposes a Replat for Lot 4, a 1 acre lot, in Social Square Subdivision. The proposed Replat is to modify the Eastern building setback from 25 feet to 10 feet to allow for an addition. The proposed reduction is consistent with the current residential zoning setbacks outlined in Table 403.07.2 of the ULDC. No other changes to the setbacks or other lot characteristics are proposed.
The Board of County Commissioners must determine that Plats are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, Unified Land Development Code, and the Final Development Plan. The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve the reviewed Plat per Section 401.02(e)10.
