Background:

The minutes were drafted following the meeting and approved by unanimous vote of ACHC at the meeting in January 2021 with a quorum present.  (The group is meeting with less frequency due to the pandemic).  One attachment is included with historic BoCC records from the Yellow Fever epidemic.  Staff has additional records if requested, and more information on the Spanish flu can perhaps be found in County Ancient Records
