Background:
The Sheriff’s Office Headquarters is in need of repairs and painting to preserve the exterior structure. The building recently underwent a complete roof replacement.
BID 21-32 Rebid Annual Painting Services was posted July 22, 2020. The deadline for receipt of BID 21-32 Rebid Annual Painting Services was August 19, 2020; seven (7) vendors responded. Five 12 Painting-Remodeling (Primary) and Facility Performance, LLC d/b/a InTec (Secondary) as the lowest responsive and responsible bidders meeting specifications.
