Background:
Program provides partial reimbursement to the County for costs associated with incarcerating eligible inmates meeting the prescribed criteria as outlined in the Program Requirements and Application Instructions. The Sheriff’s Office has submitted an application for these funds for the past several years on behalf of the County. The funds are awarded annually to the County. Over the past three years, the County has received between $34,000 and $51,000 from this program. The application is submitted electronically.
