Background:

The Environmental Protection Department has received funding from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection through the 319 Public Education Grant Program. The funds will be used to research, develop, implement, and evaluate a social marketing public outreach campaign designed to reduce residential fertilizer use.

The no cost change order is needed to extend the timeframe for Task deliverables to allow staff time additional time to compile results and report on the project. The contract due date has not been changed, just individual task timelines.
