Recognize unanticipated revenue and appropriate expenses for the Federal Treasury Forfeiture Fund and the Federal Justice Forfeiture Fund for the Sheriff.

Recommended Action
Authorize the chair to sign the resolution recognizing the unanticipated revenue and appropriating the expenses for both forfeiture funds and approve the attached budget amendment to modify the FY21 adopted budget.
