Funding for Citizenserve is budgeted within the 410 funds. Sufficient funds are available in account 410.65.6511.46.00.

Background:
In 2018, the Board authorized the acquisition of new Enterprise Permitting Software to replace the aging building permitting software, and enhance the electronic review and submittal processes for other functions. The initial term of the agreement was two years, with renewals provided for. At this time, no additional enhancements are proposed. The Building Permitting module went live on November 9, 2020. The Code Enforcement module went live on March 1, 2021. Additional modules are under development and roll-out will continue throughout this calendar year.
