Background:
The Board held a strategic planning session on March 4th. From that meeting, several priorities were identified by the Board that will require funding commitments. Staff will use this information and the meeting from today to begin developing budget proposals for the Manger’s consideration to be included in the FY22 County Manager proposed budget on July 6. The Board of County Commissioners will then establish Tentative Millages on July 13 as a part of the TRIM timeline in preparation for an Adopted Budget in September.
