The award is for the Base Bid ($108,370.00), plus a 10% contingency amount of $10,837.00, for a total fiscal impact of $119,207.00, and authorize the chair to execute same on behalf of the County.

Background:
The Sugarfoot Oaks/Cedar Ridge Preservation and Enhancement District requested Alachua County to construct sidewalks in the Holly Heights subdivision. Alachua County staff provided costs for three sidewalk projects within the district. Out of the three option, The Sugarfoot Oaks/Cedar Ridge Preservation and Enhancement District requested Alachua County Public works to construct sidewalk on SW 70th Terrace and SW 67th Terrace.
