Background:
On June 8, 2020 the owner of tax parcel number 07240-055-000 applied to Alachua County Public Works for a Right-of-Way connection permit.
As part of the approval Alachua County required a sidewalk easement across a portion of tax parcel number 07240-055-000.
The property owner has provided the executed easement as required to provide legal access as needed.
