Background:
The County Manager is requesting to waive recruitment for this position. We posted this position in 2019 and had no qualified candidates. We then reposted in February of 2020 and because of the pandemic, we suspended hiring. Mr. Olmos was asked to be the interim Director in March 2020 and has performed successfully in that role for the last 14 months.
