Background:
The County hired Southeast Horse Shows, LLC to manage the Alachua County Agriculture & Equestrian Center when it was initially purchased by the County. The company has been performing management duties under a purchase order. The County then requested proposals for management services for the Center. Under the proposed Agreement, Southeast Horse Shows, LLC will manage the Center on behalf of the County.
