Background:
On March 4, 2021, the Board held a Strategic Planning Workshop to develop the framework for Board priorities over the short and long term. Over the past year, virtual staff focus groups of front-line staff were held to review the 2014 adopted Strategic Plan. Relevant service areas identified by the County Manager, and May 4 Board directed language changes, have been incorporated into the attached document being presented for final approval.
