Background:

Victim Services and Rape Crisis (VSRCC) is required to maintain offices with 40 hour per week access in each County in it’s service area (Alachua, Bradford, and Union). In 2018, the University of Florida’s (UF) Child Protection Team opened an office in Bradford County and victim services began using office space located there.  A full time Victim Advocate Counselor works in Bradford County providing services to sexual violence victims and their family members.  The position and office space is funded through a Florida Council Against Sexual Violence grant.
