There is no financial impact in FY21 to upgrade to Percipio. The contract amounts in the amendment remain the same as the amounts in the initial contract. Option Year 1 and 2 have cost increases, however they are the same as the original contract. Therefore, there is no financial impact in FY22, the third year of the original Agreement, nor in subsequent one-year renewals if the County elects to do so. The contract is budgeted in the Organizational Development and Training Departmental Budget 001.18.1854.513.

Background:
Percipio will allow the training unit staff to track instructor-led training as well as e-learning content. This tracking has been unavailable until now. Additionally, Percipio is a much more user-friendly, and intuitive e-learning platform for all employees to utilize and contains a more expanded compliance course library than our existing platform. The upgrade will take approximately eight (8) weeks to complete.
