Background:
This agreement is used to supplement roadway construction and maintenance operations crews. Public Works department does not have the specialized equipment to perform roadway milling. These agreements will be used for roadway resurfacing projects on an as-needed basis. The term of the original agreements is through September 30, 2021. These agreements have the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. This will be the first renewal.
