Adopt the resolution to accept the bid of Ospina Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $630,000, as the highest responsible and responsive bidder for BID 21-924 Sale of Property Located at 401 NW 143 Street Jonesville FL, approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Commercial Real Estate Purchase and Sale Contract and County Deed on behalf of the County, and authorize the Chair or County Manager (or her designee) to sign any additional documents, approved by the County Attorney, necessary to complete this transaction on behalf of the County

The subject property lies within the Jonesville Activity Center and was obtained by the County in December 1986 to serve as a County operated fire station to provide fire protection services and/or emergency medical services to the Jonesville and surrounding area.
