Background:

The Arbor Greens Planned Development (PD) amendment was approved by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) on March 12, 2013 for a total of 660 residential units and up to 83,500 square feet of non-residential uses on approximately 152 acres (ZOM-01-13; Z-13-1). The Preliminary Development Plan for Phase 2 was approved by the DRC on August 22, 2013 for 295 single family residential attached and/or detached units, identified as land use category “A/B” on the approved Zoning Master Plan.

This application proposes a plat for 66 single family detached lots, on approximately 16.61 Acres with associated infrastructure improvements.

Pursuant to ULDC 401.17(b) The Development Review Committee shall review and make recommendations on plats and replats to the BoCC. The DRC recommended approval of the Plat to the BoCC at the July 8, 2021 hearing.

The Board of County Commissioners must determine that the Plats are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, Unified Land Development Code, and the Final Development Plan. The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve the reviewed Plat per Section 401.02(e)10.
