Description:

The Health Department is adding COVID-19 testing to the supplemental fee schedule.

Approve the supplement fee schedule change to be effective immediately

The board adopted the original Supplement Fee Schedule FY21 on 08/20/202 and the latest supplemental fee schedule 05/11/2021

These changes allow fees to be charged for services not currently listed.

Background:

The board adopted the initial supplemental fee schedule to cover services at the start of the new fiscal year.  The supplemental fee schedule will be brought to the board semi-annually and when new services are being provided.  This updated supplemental fee schedule is being brought to the board to allow the health department the opportunity to make necessary changes due to circumstances that have changed since the beginning of the new fiscal year.
