Description:
A request by JB Pro/Carter Thompson, agent, for the Diocese of St. Augustine, owner, for a minor amendment to the St. Francis High School Planned Development district. The amendment would update the phasing schedule and permit additional accessory structures as shown on the Zoning Master Plan. The site has a future land use designation of Institutional and is approximately 66.25 acres located on tax parcel number 04193-005-000 at 4100 NW 115th Terrace.

Background:
The Saint Francis High School Planned Development district was initially approved in 2002 and later amended in 2008. The PD allows for a school with limits on student capacity. The present request is to extend the phasing schedule to allow final buildout of the school at existing levels and to also permit the addition of 17,500 square feet of accessory buildings on the campus.
