Prior Board Motions:
January 26, 2021:
Motion #1: Authorize the Manager, or designated staff, or consultant to reallocate funds between approved programs (including from Contingency); to file, submit, prepare on‐line, and approve budget adjustments or any like action to amend and report the final disbursements in alignment with the final amended Board approved Plan. Further authorize the Manager, or designated staff, or consultant to reallocate funds from any category to Presumptive Public Safety if cost are determined by the State or Federal Government as unallowed or inadequately documented, or adjustments needed based on final audit.
Motion #2: Authorize the Manager to reallocate funds and approve budget adjustments or any like action necessary to implement Board direction on the use of Presumptive Public Safety Cost reimbursed as a part of the final amended CARES Act Plan approved by the Board.
