This was negotiations with IAFF Management Unit pursuant to the County requesting to open the CBA regarding the requirements for the DC classification.

Background:

We bargained with IAFF Management to change qualifications for DC position qualifications; and in exchange the County agreed to let the DC classification work down to other classifications.
