Background:
Court Services has created a plan to meet the requirements of Lutheran Services of Florida (LSF) audit to have a full-time position dedicated to data entry and verification.
The current 1.0 FTE Records Technician position is a vacant position that Court Services is requesting to eliminate to be able to increase other positions without increasing the overall FTE count and meet the requirements of LSF.
One Drug Counselor Aide is currently at a .75 FTE. Court Services is requesting to increase to a 1.0 FTE. This increase will assist with providing additional coverage for Metamorphosis, a 24/7 Division for Court Services.
One Staff Assistant is currently at a .5 FTE. Court Services is requesting to increase to a 1.0 FTE. This position will fulfil the LSF’s request to have a full-time data entry position within Metamorphosis to input and verify and upload information into the KIS data system for LSF to review and process for payment. The net effect of these position changes will reduce Court Services over FTE count from 85.25 FTE’s to 85.0 FTE’s.
