Background:
The parts, repair and maintenance for the equipment can only be provided by Siemens. Siemens also provides parts and supplies for the analyzer such as syringes, probes, DI filters, roller pump tubing, wash nozzle tubing, photometer lamps, air filters, wash solution, NaClO, cuvettes, sample tubes, mixing rods, aspiration nozzles, barcode labels, reagent bottles, etc. The reagents, calibrators and controls are purchased from Siemens. Only Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics (Siemens) manufactures the reagents utilized by our drug testing lab. Lab staff are currently certified by Siemens to provide lab results to the Court.
The Court Services' drug test lab is essential to reporting results to the courts. The court is familiar with, and fully accepts, the results from this equipment.
