Background:
The County seeks to enter into a Local Agency Program Agreement with the State of Florida, Department of Transportation for intersection improvements at NW 39th Ave and NW 97th Blvd. This project is a safety improvement project to convert the intersection into a bidirectional median opening. Staff applied for a Highway Safety Grant for the project.
