Background:
The County Park Regulations portion of the Code has not been updated in several years. The proposed revisions reflect the County’s current organizational structure, operations, and the ability to allow alcohol consumption at park facilities (namely Cuscowilla Nature & Retreat Center) with special authorization such as a license agreement, rental agreement or permit.
