Background:
Kearns and West is the vendor being utilized by the County to manage public comments during the BoCC virtual meetings. They started providing services February of 2021 with said services being managed by the Communications Office.
The cost of services in FY21 was $78,540.15 (paid via PO 21-1539).
For FY22 a new Purchase Order was issued (PO22-1382) and thus far the County has paid $14,189.61 for services in October and November.
This brings the total amount for FY21 & FY22 (October and November of 2022) to $92,729.76. A change order is needed for the continuation of service.
Original Purchase Order $ 15,000.00
Change Order #1 $ 90,000.00
Revised Purchase Order Total $105,000.00
