Description:
Monday.com Software agreement needs to be renewed. Monday.com is currently utilized by Emergency Management, Fire Rescue, Budget and Fiscal Services, County Attorney, EPD, HR, and ITS. The attached renewal quote provides for a total of 450 licenses. The quote is based on an SHI International contract through Omnia Partners Cooperative Purchasing Program. This contract does not contain the specific indemnification language required by the County in accordance with Resolution 14-33. Based on the nature of the services provided, software to provide remote collaboration, there is little to no risk to the County.
