Background:

The proposed replat is to reconfigure lots 2 and 3 in the Harrington Plantation subdivision. The original plat delineated approximately 10-acre rectangular lots and was approved in 1997. The owner of Lots 2 and 3 wants to reconfigure Lot 2 to be five acres (the minimum size in the Agricultural zoning district) and Lot 3 to have 15 acres.  The setbacks would remain the same and are consistent with the current provisions in ULDC Chapter 403 for lots within this zoning district.

Pursuant to ULDC 401.17(b) The Development Review Committee shall review and make recommendations on plats and replats to the BoCC.

The Board of County Commissioners must determine that the Replat is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and Unified Land Development Code. The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve the reviewed Replat per Section 401.02(e)10.
