Local Workforce Development Board 9 (LWDB 9) oversees career center operations, provided by CareerSource North Central Florida (CSNCFL), in Alachua and Bradford Counties and receives funding by State program year (July 1-June 30) through formula, discretionary and dedicated grant purposes. LWDB9 received additional funding for Disabled Veterans (DVOP) in the amount of $4,590 for the period of October 1, 2020 to February 28, 2022; Local Veterans (LVER) in the amount of $3,421 for the period of October 1, 2020 to February 28, 2022 and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) in the amount of $12,212 for the period of October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022.
