Background:
This Agreement with Neighborhood Housing Development Corporation (NHDC) extends through May 31, 2023. NHDC will completing rehabilitation/repairs to 8 home owner occupied dwelling of very low and low-income households. All homes are within Alachua County and outside of City of Gainesville limits. Payment under this Agreement is on a reimbursement basis.
A Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) was advertised for the Alachua County Department of Community Support Services State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program, State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2021-2022 Funding Cycles. The BoCC previously adopted the Local Housing Plan for 2021-2024 which supports the Home Repair Program.
